Mom grew up a Spartans fan in Birmingham (it's at the edge of the fleshy part of the thumb (. MSU recruited me for my high PSAT scores. I should have gone! And now I live in San Jose, where our local team is also the Spartans!!! (they're 6-6 and on the bowl bubble )
