but I think you're in the correct territory. "Payback" comes to mind, if we're healthy enough to get there. Clay's out for the season now and that has been a damper on the defense for sure. As I said in another thread, though, beating Chicago is like the superbowl for us long-time fans. They are THE rival - SF isn't even in that ballpark.

Honestly this year I'm just thrilled to see us win the division. Anything after this will be gravy ...

Cutler isn't the QB Rodgers is. The 49ers are a better team on paper than GB, particularly defensively, but with the Packers holding the home advantage and Rodgers being back, that's all negated..looks like a tough challenge.

Ahmad Brooks won his appeal for his hit on Drew Brees. This game shouldn't even have to be played had the correct call been made in the first place.
