(56,177 posts)Actually, I really think Seattle will make it...and they'll beat Denver, but if for some reason Pats get in, I think they'll beat Seattle...

(56,177 posts)If they had played marginally less shitty early on, they could have won...they are such under-achievers.
One thing I've said about Denver, they're good, but at week one they were as good as they were going to be...other teams have improved, they have not.

That would be excellent. Patriots all the way. Excellent.

(7,044 posts)The Patriots are 4-point underdogs.
The Patriots fans are spoiled, unappreciative, crybabies, so says Charles Barkley.
Tom Brady isn't Tom Brady any more.
Peyton Manning was "Sportsman of the Year" and Aaron Hernandez wasn't.
The Broncos are "The Team of Destiny."
And, don't forget, Bill Belichick is a serial cheater.
You'd think New England would have been better off losing on Saturday to the Colts. They have no shot Sunday at Denver in the AFC Championship Game. [Note sarcasm font.]
The Patriots have neatly reverted to the role of disrespected, under-appreciated and counted-out misfits.
New England has become the team no one outside of New England really wants in the Super Bowl, especially at the expense of Peyton Purity and the Broncos.
