But still, UCONN is just far and above the rest...there's a huge drop-off between 1 and 2, and then between 2 and the rest of the group...I'm pretty sure ND beat Stanford in the regular season.

I had forgotten about that, once ND started thrashing all its other opponents anyway.

They needed to face them a couple times like they had before to really see what the team is capable of and adjust...UCONN just plays differently than other teams...ND figured that out the past couple years, but had to play lesser, slower opponents all season.
