http://www.thepostgame.com/blog/dish/201404/report-johnny-manziels-wonderlic-scores-are-tops-among-quarterbacksLance Zierlein, a Houston radio host, and John Middlekauff, a former NFL scout and current San Francisco radio host, each tweeted Thursday that Manziel had scored above 30, and NFL Network's Albert Breer reported Friday that it was a 32:
The Wonderlic test doesn't ask anything about football, and as is the case with many intelligence tests, it has been criticized for its reliability. It consists of 50 questions, with a 12-minute time limit. "The questions are not especially difficult, in and of themselves, but the compressed time frame is a wild card that can make questions seem more challenging," according to Dennis Manoloff of the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "Although the Wonderlic has been used in numerous occupations, it is most famous as the aptitude/IQ test for NFL prospects."
According to Breer, the scores for the other top two quarterback prospects this year were 28 for Central Florida's Blake Bortles and 20 for Teddy Bridgewater of Louisville.
A guy from A&M? The average Texas family has 2.1 children, and the .1s all go to A&M!

(1,508 posts)Ridiculously easy. Any person with a high school education should score a 40. Quite frankly, if you get even one wrong it should be by mistake. Simple math and logic.

(4,528 posts)Johnny football is of average intelligence. Luck scored the highest ever.

(31,999 posts)Luck is fantastic. I always shudder when the Packers have to play him.
Not so impressed with Johnny Football and his ego - but no idea on his intelligence. I was hesitant about him entering the draft so early but then again Russell Wilson won a superbowl this year so who knows ...
32 out of 50 is a D.

(47,534 posts)"Aced" has a meaning, is all I'm saying.

(68,918 posts)Now, given time to complete 50 questions, aced would be 50 out of 50, but that's not what we're talking about.
Tread carefully. My rather smart kid got to take this test at practice a few weeks ago. He aced it too.
