Offensive lineman Jonathan Martin, who had a tumultuous departure from the Miami Dolphins last October amid a bullying scandal, made the 49ers when the team trimmed its roster to the NFL's 53-man limit on Saturday afternoon.
The 49ers waived offensive lineman Adam Snyder, parting ways with a nine-year veteran who was expected to be a top backup at center and both guard positions this season.

Good for him. Seems the 49ers were a better fit for him than that dysfunctional shithole in Miami.
As for the other names cited in the Wells Report from earlier this year:
1)
John Jerry, offensive lineman, is now with the NY Giants. This is a team that will not tolerate bullying of the kind Jerry was accused of. He'll be on a short leash.
2)
Mike Pouncey, center, is still with the Miami Dolphins, although currently in rehab after hip surgery. He may be ready to play by week 4. He'll also be on a short leash.
3) As for the ringleader,
Richie Incognito, he's on the outside looking in. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had expressed an interest in him, but then, they got ex-Pat Logan Mankins. Richie's future is still up in the air.
