Cowboys safety C.J Spillman allegedly attempted to rape massage therapist last year, wasn't charged
Dallas Cowboys safety C.J. Spillman was accused of trying to rape a California massage therapist while with the San Francisco 49ers last December, according to police reports cited in a New York Daily News report.
Spillman denied the allegations, the report says. He wasn't charged.

Spillman has continued to play for the Cowboys while hes under investigation for sexual assault in Grapevine. No charges have been filed and no arrests have been made in connection with the incident, which reportedly occurred at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center. The alleged rape occurred in the early hours of Sept. 20, and the victim reported it to police that same day, he said.
