Dayton has a really good minor league team (more fans than the baseball teams in Florida combined) and maybe you could get Condem to come back to Dayton

unless they totally run out of water and burn up.

The earthquakes are not nearby.

I want to learn to like seafood. I've lived in cowtowns my whole life. At least they have decent Mexican food but it isn't TexMex.
