Jesus Christ the media can polish a turd into a diamond.

Every piece I've read doesn't tell us the extent of his injuries.

They tell us it was: rib, lung and chest injuries--- Ok--- did he break a rib or pierce a lung?

Oh---and he couldn't sleep the the night after the game.

Was it the injuries that kept him up or Jesus cursing him because he lost the football pool to St. Peter?

The media tells us: "He won’t need surgery, is expected to make a full recovery with some down time and his offseason training program shouldn’t be affected in any way".

5. The news is just bizzare...

No detailed explanation about the injuries... just that he couldn't sleep the night after the game.

He supposedly had an MRI and it's obvious nothing turned up except for some bruising.

Believe me---if he had a cracked rib or a punctured lung, it would have been the lead story on the Nightly news.

I once read a story about Emmit Smith on how it would take him a good 3 days after a game to get out of bed in the morning without grabbing something to help him out. He said you live in pain if you play in the NFL.
