7. He didn't get it reversed because they determined he wasn't obstructing justice, though,

it was because they made the determination that what he was obstructing wasn't relevant to the steroids case. Not the exoneration he was hoping for, but better than nothing. There's just too many steroids guys to keep them all out, he'll let the writers decide on the HOF.
