2. FoodMaxx is the downmarket, bag-your-own version of Lucky

which is itself the Bay Area version of Stockton-based Save Mart. They're probably unionized, too.

I know that Kroger is unionized here. I'm sure Kasich has the grocery workers in Ohio in his sights to screw.

They took over Safeway and closed tons of Safeway stores.

they completely pulled out of the Bay Area a few years ago. Some of the stores became Lucky, but others -- like the one nearest me -- became crapfests like DD Discounts, home to cheap mu'umu'us and Raiders gear.
