Brewers submit damning evidence in Hank the Dog case
The Brewers presented new and compelling evidence Friday to prove conspiracy theorists wrong in the case of Hank the Dog.
If you haven't been keeping up, the SB Nation website Brew Crew Ball published an article Monday claiming Hank had died and the Brewers replaced him with an imposter dog. The theory revolved around the fact that Hank didn't look quite the same now as he did when he was first introduced.
Personally, I found it to be a weak argument. Hank was once a homeless pup who wandered into the team's spring training facility before the start of the 2014 MLB season. Of course he wasn't going to look great back then. He had been run over by a car and had a number of health problems. But he was put into the care of the Brewers, and his health improved, making him look like a new dog.
But this idea wasn't good enough for those who wanted to believe the Brewers were up to mischief. The team repeatedly denied these theories, but couldn't come up with a solid argument against them ... until Friday.

That's one way to get publicity for a mediocre team!
