Buddy Hield's (Bahamas) breakout performance against Oregon got me to pondering this. There's Tim Duncan (U.S. Virgin Islands), of course. And let's not forget Butch Lee, who almost led Puerto Rico to a titanic upset of the U.S. at the 1976 Montreal Olympics. Anyone else?
