His speech on playing second fiddle was well crafted, but I wonder if he's secretly hoping that Prescott goes down in a heap and is carted off the field so Romo can make his return?

He's been more consistent than Palmer over a course of their careers but it is too soon to get into that.

NY with the Jets, probably on a two-year deal to mentor their draft-pick QBs as they learn the ropes in the NFL.

Carson Palmer is extended into next year but has been inconsistent this year but so are the receivers outside of Fitzgerald and their running back David Johnson.

It's probably a moot point, just thinking of the future.
