The story behind the woman whose sign at Cowboys' Monday night game went viral

When Brenna Clanton packed up her ex-fiance's belongings, she left a note on top.

In a nice, oh by the way, fashion, she informed him that one of the things he would be missing out on by breaking up with her was two unbelievably close seats in section C114 to the Cowboys' Monday night game against the Lions the day after Christmas.

Clanton, 30, had splurged on tickets. She booked an Airbnb. They were both huge Cowboys fans. He had never been to AT&T Stadium, Clanton said. It seemed like the perfect Christmas gift for a couple who had become engaged in June.

Then, a week after Clanton bought the tickets in late October, she received a text message while working as a hairstylist in Austin. Four months after asking her hand in marriage, Clanton's fiancé was breaking up with her.
