No big deal - except if you are an avid fan you missed Fox tremendously for Daytona on Saturday. (total opposite of politics

(3,163 posts)NBC is fairly odious, and the commentators are sort of idiotic, but they are far less moronic than the Waltrip brothers. I have been looking forward all season to the departure of Fox.

(42,770 posts)beef with NBC is their race leader board. Think they should show top 10 and only occasionally the rest. Half the time they didn't even show who is leading. Then Harvick spins out and wrecks and not a word about his car or status

(36,385 posts)I follow Nascar and watched the race on Saturday, but noticed I had difficulty identifying individual cars in the field, something I've never had issues with before.
I don't miss the insipid Waltrip brothers, but I grew to enjoy Jeff Gordon's insight. Could be, it's just Jeff's native Californian accent that is easy on my ears.

(42,770 posts)Leader board...with only one line streaming...and top three on top...but they used that for their advertising too. So sometimes you had no idea who was leading. Also...they didn't show who the top ten were in stage points for stage 2. And added stupid comic routines.
