Wet track AGAIN! Preakness 2018: Experts' Picks, Odds and Contenders

Been raining in Maryland (and 'every where else!!!) for AGES!

The unbeaten Justify, who secured a two-and-a-half-length victory in the slop at the Kentucky Derby, will try to capture the second jewel of the Triple Crown on Saturday in the Preakness Stakes. Seven horses are set to line up against him, including three he defeated in the Derby.

The horses are listed in order of post position, with comments by Joe Drape and Melissa Hoppert of The Times. The morning-line odds were set by Keith Feustle of Pimlico Race Course.

How to watch: NBC has the broadcast, beginning at 2:30. NBC Sports Network coverage runs beforehand from noon to 2:30. Coverage will also be streamed on NBC Sports Live.

the guy was saying that some horses after a huge race really lose their appetite, like American Pharaoh did, but that Justify ate like a horse, literally......appetite was great and that he was hungry even. He’s in great shape to win this race.

it's now 6:20pm CST and now HOCKEY IS ON. I missed the presentation because I was in the office of my home writing about the presentation. I MISSED IT. Oh, and now, NBC is covering hockey.
