3. At times when we have our monsoons in AZ..

the rains create small ponds on the golf course..I must have counted at least 20 geese wading on the 2nd fairway just out back..or a gaggle of geese can be heard honking overhead as they head for the many ponds on the course..

10. I counted fifty three on the lawn yesterday here.

I live on the bank of a river in the Pacific Northwest. They are interesting to watch. Only two are resident here, the others migratory or locally resident.
