I hope Jay is different from his brother but I fear that with Snyder it will be a complete clown show.

Today's NFL is build by the draft and the skins gave up everything to get RG3. He couldnt stay healthy in HS, College and now the NFL. As long as they are building an offense around his skill set, it doenst matter who the coach is bc their offense will be inconsistent all year.
