"Shellfish Suppression Act", a California ballot proposal.

This was filed by Joe Decker as a ballot proposition in California in response to the Sodomite Suppression Act.

SHELLFISH SUPPRESSION ACT

a) Shellfish are a monstrous evil that Almighty God, giver of freedom and liberty, commands us in Leviticus to suppress. They also smell bad.

b) For the purposes of this act, shellfish shall be defined as including crab, lobster, crayfish, shrimp and prawns, in addition to any and all other species identified as shellfish under California's Health and Safety Code as enforced.

c) Any person who willingly consumes or sells shellfish is guilty of a felony, and shall be fined $666 thousand per occurrence, and/or imprisoned up to 6 years, 6 months, and 6 days.

d) Subdivision (c) of California Penal Code, Section 1192.7 is amended to add "consumption and/or sale of shellfish" onto the list of crimes considered a "serious felony".

d) This law is effective immediately.

e) This law shall be known as "The Shellfish Suppression Act" and be numbered as section 42 in Title 3 of the California Penal Code.

f) All laws in conflict with this law are to that extent invalid.

g) If any provision of this measure or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, that invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the measure that can be
given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this measure are severable.

Plus I saw a link where Mr. Decker spoke. Mr. Decker is clean shaven, also a violation of Old Testament law.

From the link:
"There is little doubt that most adult males of ancient Israelite, as well as the Jews of Christ's time wore full beards in compliance with the law regarding beards noted in Leviticus 19:27 and 21:5. And there is no doubt that Christ and the apostles of the early church also wore full beards in compliance with this law."
See link below:

The below link proves that Mr. Decker is most unbiblically beardless.

write your code, print it out, send it in and you too can join the circus!

You could call it the Shaving Suppression Act or Mixed Fiber Act!

6. It may be a better use of the money, not sure.

Would it be better than an initiative that gets all homeless folks fed each day?

It does seem easier to prohibit than allow.

9. I wonder how many folks like shellfish,

and whether the folks who don't would choose to deny it to others.

The man who filed it doesn't appear to exist outside of his filings.

Where have I heard that before?

My opinion os that nearly every one of these GOP amendments, initiatives, and other legislative proposals are meant to convince the average GOP voter that the Republicans are fighting the good fight against the monsters in the Democratic Party who would destroy everything that makes the US great.

The exception to the above statement are the bills that cut taxes on the rich.
