On May 21, Mr. Dahl burst into the Lighthouse Church and complained, boisterously. A week later he was arrested by the Beebe police and charged with harassing communications and disorderly conduct. This January, Dahl accepted a plea-deal on the charges:
Jan. 15 - Today, according to Beebe City Attorney Scott Bles, the City of Beebe entered into a negotiated plea agreement with Mr. Bertram Dahl, whereby Mr. Dahl was convicted of Disorderly Conduct in Case CR 2014-502 in the White Co. Circuit Court. Mr. Dahl specifically waived his right to a jury trial. This conviction stems from Mr. Dahls behavior on or about May 21, 2014, at the Lighthouse Pentecostal Jesus Name Church in Beebe. Despite Mr. Dahls felony criminal history, including a felony conviction for Forgery ... the Church, which was the target and victim of Mr. Dahls criminal behavior, was in agreement with the negotiated plea ...
