Decoding “Vaticanese” terms and phrases can be bewildering
For example, “gay lobby” isn't a lobby and isn't exclusively about being gay
It's an informal network of clergy who keep one another’s secrets
“Gay lobby” are code words for corruption, secrecy, and sleazy personal patronage

1. In the context which Francis famously used it the meaning is any association of any sort based

on one's sexual identity. No friendships, organizing, social work, nothing. His 'who am I to judge' applied to those who have not only no sex but none of those other relationships either, full denial and deep closet gets no judgment. He also equated the 'gay lobby' to the 'Masonic Lobby' which is bad, he says.

They are the people who tell Africa not to use condoms while AIDS kills 100,000 of them a month. No parsing of words can dress that window.
I wonder how the author of this shit would parse out all those orphans?
