All the hub-bub in the world ...

I was reading the thread in GD about the "Anti Human New Political Order" (http://www.democraticunderground.com/10023512014)
.... I just have this really bad feeling (yes, Han Solo) that none of it is going to matter because of the quietly creeping disaster that is Fukushima Dai'ichi.

I wish whatever it is, it would happen so we can shake off the debris and try to start civilization over. This one has, seemingly, gone so far wrong.

Anyone else?

and I got the message the other day that, "It won't be much longer." Although I wasn't sure if it was referring to my job situation, my personal life situation, or much larger shifts.

Whatever mutations come out may become monsters. I hope not but whatever survives and flourishes may be huge and dangerous.

with a tsunami the reactor is a SYMBOL of mankind's spiritual bankruptcy. Perhaps there are enough of the right type of people to start over, perhaps not. It's certainly a Neptune message of loving each other. Let's hope.

I see the events in the world, certainly nuclear and the oil and gas industry, AND the beating drums of war (will we get fooled again?) as our pivotal point in the coming great age.

Perhaps the civilization "as we know it" will start over, but only after world events FINALLY get the world's attention. After all... have we all learned that we are "all one" yet?

Hell, we haven't learned it on DU, so why would we be at that stage?

We must quit reacting in the same way (fear mongering, being distracted by brainless media).. and we MUST re-connect to the earth. This is our finest opportunity. We MUST turn full attention to this task.

I don't know how to explain it. We know there are real and terrible dangers. We know there will be pain and death. We can measure the poison. We know massive change is coming.

Yet somehow, I think it won't manifest in any way that's been foreseen, predicted, modeled, anticipated or imagined by anyone. And while I don't doubt it will involve death and suffering and the loss of things and people and creatures and whole landscapes that we love, I feel it will be okay.

I do not believe in any particular god or follow a religion, but I expect a miracle. This change will be a beautiful, wonderful miracle that will happen in its own time - even in an understanding of time that is beyond me. And it will be beautiful. And somehow, there is no reason to worry.

That's how I feel right now. I don't know where that came from or even if I understand it, but when I read your post, I was filled with that.

That I can't really remember, I just remember waking up and knowing with a certainty, "They're planning to drop the nuke in the morning, before most people in the U.S. have even woken up or gone to work". Something to keep the masses in line. Something devastating. And the people who were going to do it weren't the people you'd expect - you know, "Muslim terrorists". It was a faction of our government. I don't know why I woke up thinking that. It creeped me out, but then again, I tend to creep myself out sometimes for no reason whatsoever, and I'm not psychic, so there ya go.
