Greenberg probably caved

within hours of noon on April 8 as birth time within hours of noon when he was born would not have changed the location of affected points much.
Using a noon chart for Joel Greenberg the progressed Saturn/Pluto midpoint at noon, EDT, on April 8, 2021, was at 219°58'. It was on his natal Mars at 220°01', just 3 arcminutes from being exact.
Transit Saturn at 314°33' was square his progressed Saturn at 224°25', just 8 arcminutes from exact.
Transit Neptune at 352°47' was only 19 arcminutes from an exact conjunction with his progressed Sun at 353°06.
All of these aspects can be considered to be exact.
