Is this a psychic attack?

Hi, all. I’m wondering if the pain issues I’ve been experiencing lately are due to a psychic attack.

Let me explain. Last summer, my husband and I went through the traumatic dissolution of an important family relationship. I had developed a number of health issues related to this relationship, most of which have healed.

However, a couple of the issues remain, and seem impervious to healing. Acupuncture, weight loss, strengthening exercises, good diet, generally just doing what common sense and my doc have been telling me to do, yet the pain (in my heels and knee) remains. It may just be a matter of time, and if so, that’s fine. I can be patient. To a point.

After a very insightful session with Bonnie, however, I started to wonder whether some, if not most, of the negative energy surrounding the trauma of last summer is actually outside of me at this point, coming *at* me from others. Something Bonnie said made me think so, but I figured it would go away eventually. It hasn’t. So now I’m wondering if this stuff may be due to ongoing conscious intent on the part of others.

So how do you tell? And does it matter, in terms of what methods you employ to heal yourself?

I’ve been reading about repelling psychic attacks and have been visualizing shielding myself; turning the negative energy back onto the perps, that kind of thing, and maybe I just need to keep doing that. But I’m curious about others' experiences with this, and would welcome any stories you might care to share.

planters fasciitis? Walking funny because your feet/heels hurt would put strain on your knees, too.

Plantar fasciitis is the diagnosis for my heels. The knee thing is an injury I sustained last month. Just curious about the lack of healing for either, despite my conventional efforts.

But just ask, with a pendulum, what is going on. Frame your questions as yes/no. There are so many ways to try to protect yourself.......seriously. You could wear amulets, you could wear a head pyramid, You could strengthen your auric field with intention, or you could even try to tap it away with EFT.

"Even though I am under psychic attack, I truly love and respect myself, and am able to fend off any any suggestions toward ill health through the strengthening of all aspects of my auric field, my etheric, emotional, mental, astral and etheric templates.
They are free from any suggestive attacks from (name the person). In addition, I envision a mirror surrounding me that repels attacks and energy and sends them back to the perpetrator." All the while tap on the EFT points.

Sounds like you are handling it pretty well, but I would add the EFT tapping and wear something protective.

Here is a good tutorial, it just puts affirmations together with tapping on acupuncture meridians. Here she is using it for anxiety. But you can remove anything negative in your energy fields using it.

belief that what others simply think or intend can have no possible affect on you. Or perhaps simply thinking of yourself as strong and completely impervious to another's evil intention should do the trick.

is to NOT think of sending the negative energy back to them.
I think that dealing in negatives, even if we are being self protective, is a means of giving extra power to the negative influences.

Always act through love.

Just my 2cents.

(The day of my divorce, I was in a bizarre car accident. I have now had pain in the exact same spot for three years and nothing I do relieves it. Ever. The divorce was my idea and my ex has never forgiven me. I never entertained the idea you suggest.)

I hope you feel better soon!

that does not consider shielding useful, but more as a mechanism that is based on fear and feeds fear. And I believe we seek freedom from the control by fear. An other mechanism is that wishing ill for someone else tends to come back at you.

A friend said that it helps when you realize that pains are just information. Perhaps emotional energy that is just blocked in your body and not flowing freely.

Blocked emotional energy of my own, or negative energy directed at me from "out there"? Hard to know. Heh, or just normal inflammation that will go away with time!

I do take the point of not directing back any negative energy.

is that there is no "outside of me" and that I bring it all on myself to myself. As soon as I give it up, it goes away. This may be too far-fetched for you to accept, but maybe give it some thought. It holds true with every client I have. I intend to have book #2 to be about this; synching it with planetary transits.

Good luck Habibi
