Someone help me: party needs guests

What's the parable about the guy throwing a party? He wants his friends to show up, but they don't, so he goes out and drags in every homeless person he can find? I know I've read this somewhere in the NT....

The stories illustrate the fact that the poor sick needy and most of all the sinners in the end will have a place at the table. Too bad many church goers don't see it that way and are entangled by the toxic poison of religion. Both stories illustrate the same understanding. The wedding guests was another unrelated story about keeping oil inn lamps and being ready for the door to open.
