A teenager was arrested Saturday after twice driving his vehicle at two Jewish residents of Jackson and yelling obscenities about their religion, authorities said.

Jackson police charged the teen as a juvenile with harassment and bias intimidation after someone provided the police with his license plate number.

The two residents were standing in front of a home on Louisiana Parkway when the passing car swerved toward them and forced them to jump onto the curb to avoid being struck, police said.
