InSight's 1st Photo from Mars

After a successful touchdown on the Red Planet on Nov. 26, NASA's InSight spacecraft snapped its first photo of the landing site on the plains of Elysium Planitia. The dark specks on the image are pieces of Martian dust that were kicked up during the landing and stuck to InSight's protective camera lens cover.
