I have always loved Indian food, but these people took me to a whole new level of Nirvana. I discovered what is still my go-to hot condiment: Lime pickle. If you've never had it, find it. You will not be disappointed. Yummmmmmmmm.

and that includes lime, raw mango, garlic and green chili pickles.

Yeah, I grew up in India and those pickles made even plain white rice palatable lol..

Yum.

Make my own, using serranos. Keeps forever in the fridge. Hard to find mustard oil for it, though. Indo-Pak store sort of started not carrying it much.
