Someone made a Change.org petition to God to bring Bowie back to life.

Petitions sometimes actually work (or at least get responses), which explains why someone is petitioning God (or "whom it may concern&quot on Change.org to "Say NO to David Bowie dead." It has over 9,000 signatures; its goal is 10,000.
