Well, excuuuuuuse me for having a job!

People still point to the 2007 Mother Jones article about Hillary in "The Fellowship", but I have found nothing more recent as to whether or not she is still in it.

I wonder if Bernie would "go there". It's a pretty insidious cult, if you ask me.

I'd much prefer a "not particularly religious" Jewish Democratic Socialist, but if it comes down to Hillary as the Dem against Trump, I'll certainly vote for Hillary.

in secret, of course. Publicly, she votes how her husband tells her: Trump.

Trump is awful. I mean... like really awful. I don't understand why anyone would vote for him. I keep trying, because I have to live among these people, but I don't get it.

Even my evangelical family doesn't like Trump. They are Cruz supporters (which is just about enough to make me want to scream because Cruz and Rubio are both insanely religious... they just don't act... insane like Trump).

-- From the prophets Ren and Stimpy.

Hillary is about accruing power. She'd be a fool not to take faith up and wield it to some extent -- if only to parry attacks from others who use it unceasingly.

Her association with the "Fellowship" is really bothersome, though. Aren't they connected with the group that went over and encouraged African governments to execute gays?

religious suck-up Democratic candidates we ever get stuck with. (Oh, and no more Third Way/Republican Lite/Sleazy/Corrupt/Lying candidates would be nice, too.)
