And yes, we are mainly energy: The main part of your bodyweight (~60-70%, I forgot the exact number) is the potential energy that binds quarks together (the difference between the mass of a proton and the calculated masses of individual quarks). The mass of the quarks and electrons adds up to the rest.



I think, the best punishment for science molesters was proposed by Feynman: "Shut up and calculate."
