Avril Lavigne's Hello Kitty: Racist, bad music, or both?

I'm not a fan of Lavigne, but I happened to see an article on Yahoo about it. I think the song and video are dumb. Some are calling it racist. Is it?

I dunno what else anyone would expect from Avril and Nickleback, though. Ugh.

Alex Kapranos, on the other hand, is hilarious.

I think I just saw a video of Skrillex dressed as Avril Lavigne parodying HarajukuGirl-era Gwen Stefani.

Shit, Hwang Bo could sing Avril to death. Lee Hyori could and Lee Hyori talks through her songs and just bounces her boobs.
