1. I've got a Zojirushi induction rice cooker that I am pretty happy with.

I put it on the GABA setting and turn it on when I leave in the morning. It helps the rice start the sprouting process throughout the day, and then I time it so that it’s ready at just the right time in the evening. I make brown rice, and often it comes out with every grain just like its own special separate little pearl.

Lots of money, but very gratifying results.
