I don’t think it’s particularly tasty. It’s ok just rubbery and kinda bland.

repulse you? Japanese is the one country that solely relies on the Sea for food. Its been that way for centuries and Kobe beef is only a recent thing, since the 1950's after the United States occupied Japan.
