Designated Survivor: 60 Days (Korean: 60일, 지정생존자; Hanja: 60日,指定生存者; RR: 60Il, Jijeongsaengjonja) is a 2019 South Korean television series based on the 2016–2019 American television series Designated Survivor.[1][2] It stars Ji Jin-hee, Heo Joon-ho, Kang Han-na, Lee Joon-hyuk and Bae Jong-ok.[3] The series aired on tvN and Netflix from July 1 to August 20, 2019.[4][5]

I am not familiar with the original US series but this South Korean version was really good. After I saw this I regretted my earlier post about Vagabond another political thriller which degenerated into a revenge and violence flick. Designated Survivor, 60 Days was very good, and Vagabond pales by comparison. 60 Days was taught high quality performance, and the plot keeps the viewer guessing.
