Clean men cut. I know the body of the person striking men is off balance but that person must have PLANED it. It looks like the opponent was going for kote and the person striking men KNEW it.

This tsuki is something I do not really want to receive
The person who executed the tsuki either delivered his body forward very well or executed it in a close distance. It must have been a hell of a tsuki, thought!
