That person is trying to elicit a halfway-alertable response.

I know you're already aware of that, but I wanted to put it out there anyway.

On a scale of 1-10 how funny do you find scatalogical humor with zero being not funny at all and ten being hilarious?

Thank you in advance.

Do you believe making other people the targets of scatalogical humor are examples of our highest principles at work?

Do I think Hillary is "full of gas"? I actually do. I don't believe what she is saying, and she has proven this to me time and time again. I don't think it's wrong to make a joke in pointing it out.

When one of her aficionados (well, Ms. Brazile has been for a long time now) says something that is unwittingly true but funny at the same time, I do think it is in the realm of humor to say something about it. Humor is generally somewhere in the vicinity of a high principle, at least when it breaks up the mood.

You are right, though, this is not one that I'm really, really proud of. Guess I'm human. Just couldn't help myself!!!

Thanks for pointing out that this might not be my finest high principle hour.

If only every American could go to a doctor when they have gastrointestinal distress.
