Funny how the rules change once Hillary starts slipping in the polls. We'll see how this plays out. It will be on conjunction with MSNBC with Rachel Maddow and Chuck Todd as moderators.

I will watch Rachel's show tonight to try and find out if this is true. I assume if it is she will announce it tonight.
