As we already had one debate in New Hampshire, as the Florida debate isn't scheduled until after a multitude of states and provinces have already voted, as Florida is a much larger and more diverse state, as Schultz doesn't want to increase the number of sanctioned debates, why not just move the scheduled Florida debate up to Feb 4th or something along those lines which can be worked out among the parties?
Perhaps MSNBC and Univision can work out a deal on joint coverage which could increase viewership?
I believe this would benefit everyone most of all the American People.

(58,349 posts)This is a win win.
If Hillary seriously wants another quick debate, Schultz doesn't want more than six sanctioned debates, Bernie and O'Malley want more or at least better scheduled debates, they should all get together and present this idea to Schultz as a grand agreement.
MSNBC claims to be eager to get on board, it basically just comes down to a little rescheduling and working out a deal with Univision, this can be done or at the very least it should be tried.
I see no down side to it.
