If Bernie Sanders and his supporters are as racist/racially insensitive as many suggest

do the other candidates want them shifting to their own camps once the primaries are concluded?

Can you imagine any good Democratic candidate saying, "It'll be a tight race. I think we should court the David Duke voters"?

Because that's pretty much how Sen. Sanders and his supporters are being portrayed these days; but I have a sneaking suspicion that should another candidate carry the primaries into the nomination those very same Sanders supporters, once vilified as racist and unrealistic, will suddenly become a cherished commodity.

So, are the allegations of racism overblown, cynical rhetoric or are those making the accusations willing to accept common cause of those they deem to be racists?

If HRC gets the nomination, those who want to see her win - or don't want to see a Republican in the WH - will vote for her.

If BS gets the nomination, those who want to see him win - or don't want to see a Republican in the WH - will vote for him.

As a Hillary supporter, if she is the nominee, I have no intentions of begging Bernie supporters to vote for her. Just as if Bernie gets the nomination, I wouldn't expect his supporters to come begging for my vote.

I'm voting for the Democrat. Anyone who thinks they should be wooed into voting for the (D) isn't worth the effort.

6. It depends on what motivates how you vote.

If you base your vote on what people call you on a website, I guess you'll act accordingly.

As a Hillary supporter, I've been called a corporatist, a lover of the status quo, a water-carrier for the 1%, a supporter of a criminal, a DINO, a Republican-lite, a Third Wayer - need I go on?

Does any of that affect how I will vote in November? In a pig's eye.

I will be voting for the Democrat in the general election - and what I've been called or labelled as has sweet fuck all to do with it.

Are there racists, sexists, ageists in BS's camp? Absolutely. Are there racists, sexists, ageists in HRC's camp? Absolutely. That's just the law of averages when you're talking about millions of voters; you're going to get ALL kinds of people in the mix.

The only "common cause" we face is electing a Democrat to the WH, and ensuring the next president ISN'T a Trump or a Cruz. In that regard, I don't really care WHO votes (D) over (R) - I only care THAT THEY DO SO.

IMHO, anyone who bases their vote in the GE on "people said mean things to me on the internet" IS a fucking idiot.

The fact is their vote won't be missed in any event - because they're probably too God-damned stupid to know how to cast a ballot anyway.

I'm in it to win it. I want to see HRC as the nominee, and the next POTUS. But if my fellow Democrats choose Bernie over her as the nominee, I'll be in it to win it with him at the helm.

They abandoned Gore, Kerry and Carter. They will abandon Bernie. So this talk about individuals voting their conscience is just trash talk. It is the big money establishment that is killing our democracy.
