It's not about "RW talking points". It's about "the appearance of impropriety".

Have we thrown out a standard that has lasted for centuries just because someone felt it important that "white men" had been elected President up until we elected Barack Obama and we never want that to happen again?

The EXISTENCE of a SERVER outside the purview of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, operated by the SECRETARY OF STATE, and located at her own house should violate the "appearance of impropriety" standard.

2. Especially when she self-selected which emails to share with State

She keeps claiming that she's the first one to request sharing ALL of her emails, but the set is 30,000 short, those she unilaterally decided were "personal."

And now the FBI has recovered them and has read them.

4. She only did that after she was forced to.

FOIA required her to turn over her work emails when she stepped down. She didn't. She only turned over the self-selected set of emails after a FOIA lawsuit compelled her to do so.

3. It's not about being against HRC. It's about being for Bernie Sanders

I won't participate in knife fights between Democratic candidates.

I have nothing against Hillary Clinton.

I happen to like Bernie Sander's agenda better.

It's about the Clinton's attitude that us peons shouldn't know about their personal business.

That secretive tendency has been USED by Republicans to imply something nefarious.

This leads to Glenn Beck chalkboard conspiracy theory crap.

If Hillary was so smart and knowledgeable then she should have realized that sensitive information would be emailed to her.

She either didn't care about possible security risks or is not as smart and knowledgeable as we have been led to believe.

Either way, she should not be our nominee.
