Some thoughts about Chris Christie..(R-NJ)

There is still talk amongst the die-hard repugs that maybe they can talk Governor Christie into jumping (I use that light heartedly) into the presidential race or get him nominated via their convention. Christie just lost a biggie in NJ with the same sex marriage. He says he will veto it, but too many Jerseyans want it. He is shocked, shocked I tell ya, that the nimrods of Jersey are not getting it, not getting him, and how he means business and all of that other tough guy north Jersey BS that is all too familiar to me. IF, they should convince him to jump into the race, I truly doubt he could win Jersey.

His own party is getting fed up with him and he's about ready to explode. He did not get his way. They did not obey him. Heads will roll, or something like that. I sort of hope he does jump in. Maybe we could get rid of him permanently...finally. I get this info from repub relatives who as I type, are ready to emigrate back to Ireland. Not. happy. at. all.....

2. I don't know that he will

He won't win his home state . . . we were listening to NJ 101.5 - driving out to pick my mom up at Newark airport the Tuesday before Thanksgiving when the Chris Christie talk for President was going strong. He was on that night and was pretty adamant and clear: I've made a commitment to NJ and I'm needed here.

Listening to afternoon drive time the previous week on the same station - same thing from his supporters calling in: I.E. I hope he doesn't, he made a commitment to us. "We" need him here.

The only thing is - I could see him as a Veep candidate to Romney. . . but I still don't think that ticket will win here.

And me - I don't need him here - not in NJ and not in the U.S. You see where NJ is still like - dead last in terms of positive to business climate? My fiance is keeping his iron business right in
Doylestown PA where they don't get in the way. . . He's from Europe and his employees start with 6 weeks vacay, full health care benes (dental, vision) after two weeks, etc. etc. Small business owner . . . he's getting rewarded for good behavior he's already been practicing for several years under The Affordable Pat/Pro Act . . . Christie would like to decimate that in NJ. So no way jose - he'll keep commuting from Bridgewater to PA every day thank you very much!

The veto of same sex marriage is right out of the Rove handbook. Remember Rove had this issue inserted in many state referendum in 04 to get he base out. And when it comes to base, Rove and Christie are prototypes.

WHY? because he is going to lose BIG time there. It was one thing when he was the big budget cutter and all those gov. workers, yada yada.

Now, it's gonna be personal!

go ahead, Gov. tub o'shit, start in on the gays. Then start in on contraception for women. I wanna see how you do once you land on your ass with those two issues in New Jersey.

When Christie gets mad, he gets ugly. REAL ugly. He has a distorted face that don't look too good in photos. He snarls and it is caught perfectly in an image frozen in time. You see it and shudder.

He is a big man. He gets even a little threatening and women see Ralph Kramden, brandishing his fist and yelling "To the MOON, Alice!"

This is a big bully that has a heart attack waiting in the wings. He looks mean, he acts mean and he is mean.

He needs to be called out by someone who will encourage the worst in him and tell him, mockingly, keep on coming with the insults, buddy. You look worse every time you open your big mouth...

Pardon me if I'm stating the obvious, but doesn't one look at him beg the question as to how
much farther he needs to go before he can be considered to have accomplished that one already?

Find that Maffia hard-ass, tough guy ACT to be AN ASSET.

THE REST OF THE ENTIRE PLANET realizes that Gov. Chunky Monkey is just another old fat write guy who couldn't get work OUTSIDE of the government...and can't keep his mouth shut INSIDE of the government.

He DID, however write the shortest Bestseller ever too appear on the NYT List. It's called, "How to Desl With You Political Oponents".

Chapter One: EAT THEM!
