Bernie Sanders is that candidate that can win in November above all others.

I have been listening to him speak for years.
He is honest, direct, caring, thoughtful, highly intelligent.
He has been correct on foreign policy, on the economy, on the bailouts, on the bank system, on energy, on individual freedoms, on states rights, on the Constitution, on defense, on defeating Isil.

Bernie Sanders is one of us. A common man that was lucky to get a college education, grew up in a working class family, worked his way up the political system running as a progressive candidate. Going from being a Mayor, to Congressman to Senator. The way our system was meant for people to advance as a public servant. He kept getting his message out there. A message about making this country what it is truly meant to be. The land of opportunity. The land of the free and home of the brave. The country that treasures life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The country that doesn't believe in an elitist class or royalty. A country that believes all people are equal and have equal opportunity. A country that cares for its sick, its elderly, its disabled and its needy. A country that educates our youth and makes them grow into amazing human beings.

Bernie Sanders is the only non-millionaire or billionaire in the race. He is not poor by any means but he did grow up that way. Living in Brooklyn NY born to working class parents. His wisdom and Judgment far beyond his years as evident by his protest for civil rights, his opposition to the Vietnam war. He has worked hard labor and has lived on welfare. He knows what it is like to be poor in this country.

I have my doubts that Trump will be the Republican nominee but I could not dream of a better match up. The billionaire spoiled rich kid vs the street kid from Brooklyn. That match up would move this country so far to the left it would be unheard of. And nobody could articulate it like Sanders. Trump is the very thing that Sanders has been fighting against his entire life. Trump represents the system that keeps the poor poor and the rich rich. It is a system of corruption, manipulation, greed, and bribery. It is a system that takes advantage of the poor and middle class (the true hard workers). People like Trump have never worked a hard day in their life. Sanders has worked as a carpenter working with his hands, with sweat, blood, and tears. Trump's hands are soft everything about him is soft. And his flamboyant and bully mentality is due to his own insecurity and fear. Sanders is fearless and ready to fight for the common man. Sanders is the candidate to beat every con and neocon running. He is the candidate to that can throw their arguments back at them and turn them on the head.

Please get out and vote Sanders today. and Share this with your friends and family. We have never been at a more important cross roads in our lifetimes. Bernie Sanders for President!

6. Sanders isn't advocating a Socialist Government or running on a Socialist Platform.

He is running on a social democracy platform of collectivism where we are all in this together and we all rise together. Nobody gets left out in the cold we all take care of eachother. I know that's such a horrible thing for a Government to do actually take care of its people and improve the lives for every citizen. Its amazing Hillary supporters are so against social democracy.

You must be pretty uninformed to equate socialist government to Sanders. I expect better from people at DU to actually understand the issues and the labels they throw around. A true leftist could understand the difference.

no he isnt yes he is no he isnt yes he is no he isnt good debate we have going here.

if you want to call social democracy socialism and think it is a bad thing go ahead but you couldnt be more wrong and you should open your eyes to the corruption and greed in our government. Anybody who is left of center should be praising single payer healthcare, a living wage and education.

We should be taxing the crooks that take all the money and building a better society that feeds, educates, protects, houses, and ensures fair wages for everyone.

7. Don't be discouraged. Most people aren't aligned with reality.

The party of NOPE; the FOX lovers; the braindead; the fascists.

It might take 50 years, but sooner or later people will realign with reality. Unfortunately, like drunks, they and everyone around them will have to suffer until they become conscious. We try, but it's ultimately up to them.

Your level of consciousness has not expanded. you believe in a corrupt rigged system and think doing more of the same will have a different result. I was able to understand what he meant and he didnt call anybody stupid.
