Only one Democratic Party presidential candidate is not under investigation for federal crimes.
Just sayin
(Please don't insult my intelligence or your own by making excuses or spinning tales of "vast right-wing conspiracies" or laughable attacks on news sources. That is bullshit. What is happening is real. There are real federal judges. Real FBI agents. Real IGs. Real reports from real intelligence agencies. Real Justice department attorneys. What this not is a teapublican witch hunt. This is all executive branch.)

(58,785 posts)There is a vast right-wing conspiracy, and it is against US. Actually, there are a number, but one is far larger and better organized than the others. It is now believed to be at least as powerful on the right as the Republican Party.
It and all the others are profoundly, implacably anti-progressive. So why don't you know about this?

Not sure what that matters. It has nothing to do with who made the request but how those FOIA request were managed.
As I stated, this is real, not conspiracy theories. This is a executive branch investigation, not some teapublican House committee.

(8,686 posts)Also, again, it has nothing to do with who made the request by how those request were handled.
Are you saying that in a Hillary Clinton government they will have the right to circumvent federal law if they don't agree with it or who is making the request?

(7,393 posts)You've been badly misinformed. But that seems to be how Bernie supporters roll. And these non-stop smears based on bullshit might be one reason why most Dems are not getting on the Bernie train.
If he and his supporters wanted to attack Dems non-stop he would have been better off running as a republican.
I believe a federal judge, FBI, Justice Dept, SOS IG and varies intelligence agencies would likely disagree but continue to attack the messenger.
Just one of many links I could provide (fyi, I am sure you will do the 'attack the source, ignore the content' as is typical): http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2016/02/29/hillarys_victories_mean_painful_legal_choices_for_doj_wh.html

(8,686 posts)You did exactly what I said people like you would do. Its all "right wing" this, "right-wing" that with you people. I don't suspect there is a viable news source left to reference in the world. Everyone is part of this conspiracy it seems.
So, point blank: what is a viable news source? Give me one and I will use it.

(576 posts)Poor judgment on her part. VERY poor. This decision of HER'S is enough to lose many votes, and rightfully so.

(7,393 posts)This is just right wing bullshit. And no Bernie supporter is endearing themselves to Dem voters by pretending it isn't just the same bullshit faux scandals the right is always trying to gin up. It is.

(576 posts)A very poor choice, even Hillary thinks it was a bad decision.
It is so obvious that she did it to evade FOIA requests. Not the kind of thinking we need in a POTUS.
MaggieD
(7,393 posts)The state department server was hacked. Hers was not. Obviously hers was more secure. And some of her recently released emails seem to hint at that.
I am sure the reason she has not stated that outright is because it would not be a good idea to publicize how shitty the government security is on our servers.
