Outside of DU there is not the discontent with our Democratic elected officials, like on the other side is with their elected leaders...I know it from looking at the data and from anecdotal information.

Now that we got that out of the way.
There is dissatisfaction with Congress as an institution but not with individual congresspeople. If there was dissatisfaction with the latter they wouldn't be re-elected at a ninety percent clip, am I right?
