I am so proud to be a citizen in Colorado

I live in a very conservative rural part of Colorado. Coal mines, ranches, organic orchards/vineyards, and a very laid back population of musician/artists coexist in harmony.
Two precincts meet up at our local caucus. Oddly, 40 people from each precinct were present and the vote was 31 to 9 from each. Bernie won both to the surprise of us all. We had really expected a close call.
At the end of one precinct meet up an elderly and much respected rancher stood up to offer his thanks to us all, praising the whole process, and pointed out that no other party could gather such a wide variety of peoples together in such a respectful and serious manner.
No matter how the National thing works out, we here in Colorado know we have done the Right Thing.
