The investigation into the server is just one investigation. There is also the investigation about

whether Hillary was engaged in pay-to-play. Anyone heard whether that investigation will end before June?

If they find possible criminal actions they'll likely refer them to the FBI. If they find nothing, it'll end in several months... if they find something and the FBI gets involved then it's just beginning and could go on a year or more.
