Just watched "Fair Game" on television.

Someone tell me again why cheney and his guys aren't in a maximum security facility.

Someone tell me again why this administration didn't right the wrongs of that abomination of governing that was the bush administration.

that worse than Bush/Cheney can be empowered to do as they damn well please by precedent.

will be the legacy it leaves.

I think they did not go into cheney's office outing a valuable American spy is because of the reason they did the outing. If you show that the bush administration did this, then you have to know why - that bushco knew that there was no reason for the war, that tens of thousands of Iraqis and thousands of Americans died for no reason whatsoever. The administration is afraid to call to the minds of Americans that a president sent thousands to die for a lie. Instead of having five thousand heroes, you have five thousand victims. Not good campaign material.

bush lies and Obama cowardice. A bad combination.

to the hilt, it never would have ended. ... instead, their acts have been ignored.

So much was destroyed by the Bush/Cheney regime that had at one time given America respect and admiration. ... but, the current administration said look forward, not backward, and I've always disagreed with that ... So much has been ignored, the wars, the financial mess, many treasonous acts IMO.

this is another one of those - that we know what's wrong with our system (lobbyists) and we still let the same tactics go on. It is very frustrating when one knows what the problems are with the system - but we overlook them and let them continue. More people should have gone to jail that were on the take from Abramoff. I intend to watch Fair Game as it's On Demand. I just haven't had the time to devote to it yet. I know, however, that I will be frustrated and upset after I watch it because certain people should have gone to jail and they were given a pass.

I met the real Joe Wilson in D.C. He was giving testimony about this incident to a House Committee. When they took a break because they had a vote - I briefly spoke with Mr. Wilson and he seemed confident at the time that the truth would come out and catch up with the real people that leaked.

Probably because the Wilsons were involved. But if you notice, Cheney had no part in the storyline. The blame seemed to be on Scooter, same as it turned out in real life.
