Interesting observation from CNN: lessons learned...

Sanders clearly learned lessons from earlier debates. He was careful not to suggest President Barack Obama hasn't done enough -- on anything -- and instead said the country needs to build on Obama's progress.

His criticism that Clinton is pandering to black voters by cozying up to Obama was gone entirely.

Those lines were hurting him with black voters, even if they were true.

And from us
Isn't that a purpose of the primary test and what we would hope for?

Hillary has become a sharper and more focused candidate thanks to some valid competition.

No matter who's side you are on; we are ultimately creating an ideology for the future.
It will also be up to us to hold the eventual winner to those ideals.
